Ikon Industries hosts one of the most advanced hi-tech manufacturing facilities in Egypt. We operate a production facility run by a team of highly skilled and experienced engineers, operators and craftsmen.

Aligned with the human capital, we utilize the latest computerized technology to create precision-built items and customized products for projects in a variety of scales. We employ sophisticated systems that ensures accuracy of information of raw materials required, items being produced and warehouse control.

Machinery

Ikon Industries' avant-garde machines are capable of producing furniture units with high levels of automation and speed to meet strict deadlines with flawless production. We’ve equipped our factory with heavy duty machinery that operates for extended hours up-to 22 hours/day for fast track projects.

Our flagship machinery includes the SCM Stefani which provides automatic edge banding solutions for contemporary materials and designs, as part of the new Industry 4.0 vision of maximum connection and integration.

It also includes Italy’s finest Greda machines, sporting a super high Z axis (105cm) that allows 6-axes machining of one-meter-high wood pieces, with tri-spindle robotic motor head. Engineered to create and improve possibility in the creation of chairs, cladding and other formed products .

Ikon Industries’ furniture is manufactured from a range of quality materials, our production line is capable of processing the following range of materials: Natural wood, Laminate, HPL/Melamine, Glass and Stainless Steel.

Our pre-finished boards range is supplied by the world’s top manufacturers. Powered by the world’s biggest furniture fittings and technology supplier, our board collection brings the most ambitious project to life.

WAREHOUSING AND DISTRIBUTION

Ikon Industries recognizes that every project has a strict delivery timeline and our clients are keen to have their units installed the moment they come off production. This is why Ikon Industries has its warehouses right by the production facility and operates a rigorous and timely product delivery and installation system to ensure clients’ satisfaction.
